“I chose this condo unit considering my sister’s previous experience renting one of the property in KL, I just found out that they had a far better unit than what was given to us. The staff are great and the process of checking in was a breeze. We had a studio type unit with two beds, a small kitchen with a table,sofa, television, refrigerator and gas range. “Stayed here for 6 nights with 4 kids and 4 adults. The condominium was very spacious and accommodated all of us pretty well. The details I can say is not that good. To start off the unit was clean but it feels like it was just renovated recently and there were paint marks you can find on the floors. The problem we had was half of the electrical sockets doesn't work. The ones in the kitchen don't work and all of the sockets in the first bedroom don't work. “I booked 3BR from expedia, but ai was given different unit than described. Unit was dirty, cockroach all over the place. AC was leaking in the room, toilet was leaking. Complained to the host/property owner and manager about it but no action taken. The second day I complained they totally ignored my calls and messages. If I could I would give this place zero rating. It was a horrible experience.”

“Sadly when I arrived to check-in, they couldn’t find my booking, despite having the details on my phone and email. We then had to keep trying to contact the host via the concierge of the building as their communication was very poor. It took over an hour before they eventually told me to go to alternative accommodation about 20 mins away by taxi.”

“I liked everything aside from that there's a lot missing with the kitchenette.. No dish rack, no strainer, no scissors, no peeler, no paper towel. Although I commend that they were fast at replacing their fridge that needed to be replaced to save the meat and poultry that i bought at the mall.”
