โThe customer service was very good. Nice and clean lobby. When checking in I asked for a room close to the pool if possible and they gave a room within a few feet of the pool door. The room was quiet, No noise from other rooms or the pool. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom was clean as well. My only concern was the broken shelf on the bathroom vanity. I only mentioned it to them to make sure I get my security deposit back and they offered me a whole new room which...

โVery close to Merriweather Post so we stayed overnight for a concert. The hotel was clean and staff very friendly. They offer a shuttle to and from the concert which was a nice perk. One elevator was not working so it was a little slow getting up and down to the 4th floor at times but that would be my only complaint. โ
