"I reserved a Double Queen Suite which sleeps 6. The photos showed 2 queens plus a pull out couch in an adjacent room. What I got was 2 queens and in the adjacent room a live seat which was not a pull out. I attempted to call the front desk from the room phone… which had no dial tone and turned out not to be connected to anything… apparently just decorative. I called the hotel on my cell.. I was told that the property has NO pull out beds, and that they have NO CONTROL over what Expedia...

"Hot Tubs and Pools were small. The Harbor view was half good half not so good. The view faces the industrial site where ships drop off gravel, dirt and other aggregate materials. The converiors and other material handling equipment make a constant drone. Rooms, staff and overall look of the hotel are modern and comfortable. Nice hotel.... unfortunate location."

"The building sits on a major thourough fare. Much strreet noise in the east side rooms. Your reservation system does not include a room selection on the west side (lake view side). Much more quiet but also a little more expensive. The hotel is in the business district which has much paid street and lot parking. That is a good advantage for free parking at the hotel."

"Check in was great! Staff was super friendly and helpful. The bathroom inside the room could have been cleaned better. There was hair in the shower and some gunk under the sink. The cleaning staff did come daily to check to see if we needed anything. Pool/waterpark area was clean and well maintained. Went during the week so it was pretty quiet. Game room was clean and decent. All games were $1, a couple didn’t work but had no signs. The front desk staff was kind enough to give my kiddos their money back."
