"We arrived late at night, and the reception area was very dark with barely any lighting. I was asked to sign paperwork that I could not even read properly because of how dark it was. Our room was on the third floor, but we had to go to the second floor, walk to a different building, and then go upstairs with all of our bags. There was no one available to help us. When we finally got to the room, it smelled horrible. It was definitely not worth the money we paid. Since it was so late at night, we had no choice but to stay. On top of that, I was charged again for a room I had already paid for. I would not recommend staying here."

The noise from street being closed off in the middle of the night combined with very loud neighbours smoking marijuana on the deck next to us was not great. Looking forward to staying again when construction done and not the week before Golden Globes. "
