As this is an "off-grid" stay out in the outbacks of Palawan, a bit of dust and dirt everywhere is expected. But the staff made efforts to provide us with anything we needed to stay comfortable. ”

“Staff and the view was good but this place is in remote area only access to the hotel is by hotel truck. This place is fair away from city or beaches with no access to transport and the hotel’s transportation is very expensive with time limitations because after 10pm They close then no support or answer by phone. we get for our check in by 10:40pm it was miserable no answer by phone, instructions or support we was stopped by armed guards in the middle of hill with heavy luggages. Really bad...

“Pros: Staff is very friendly and attentive, clean room, and close to many restaurants, bars, and ferry. Complementary massage was great. Cons: No daily room service/cleaning, I am not sure if I was supposed to ask for that, but didn’t bother me either. ”

“The room was disgusting. The bathroom water was brown. The toilet wouldn’t flush and when we asked someone about fixing it they say it flushed and when we checked it wasn’t. We left. You can find way nicer hotels in el Nido for the same price or for even cheaper. This hotel is nasty and filled with bugs. Staff wasn’t helpful at all.”
