โThe property is under construction and no restaurant available. That made ot hard to judge staff. But there was a young deaf woman who cleaned rooms. She was extremely helpful when I needed more towels. The front desk was not manned at all times so I was lucky to come across her. She went out of her way to help me though she was clearly busy.
Nice hotel. Enjoyed the air conditioning.

โWe stayed 2 nights and had a wonderful time, staff are so helpful and accommodating for anything we needed and friendly. Breakfast was nice and food places in the grounds are also good food my only thing Iโd say is I needed more than 2 teabags a day but again could get some from breakfast area. The facilities around the park are amazing especially the waterside as there is a speedboat, pedalos and bumper boats cost ยฃ10.90 for all 3. โMe and my fiancee stayed last year and the manager recognised us the food is excellent as are the staff a deffo stay again and again the balmoral suite very comfy and large spacious bathroom โ
