"Nice area, very accommodating staff, but two of the three rooms I had were not cleaned properly."

"I have never stayed at a hotel where noone came and serviced our room. I did see the sign that said they only serviced every other day(which I thought was strange for a HILTON). But upon arrival we(a group of 3) only had 4 towels and 1 roll of toilet paper. Even after our second day we still had NO SERVICE. I was able to ask the janitor for a roll of tissue. Even when I went to the desk after being out all day i was told the best they could do was bring us some towels. Needless to say I will NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN. And I am a reward member with this chain. "

"The room was fine for my 2 night trip but goodness the carpet outside the rooms and by the vending/ice machines reeked of urine and vomit. Just a few little updates would make this place perfect for quick Atlanta trips. Plenty of parking for $12 per night. A lot of the guests do hang out in the lot but no one was obnoxious."
