The entire downtown area of Boise is under construction. The combination of construction everywhere with so many one way only streets, hard to find parking, and multiple detours makes this entire area a real driving nightmare! Very confusing, chaotic, and easy to get thoroughly lost as i did several times.
Couldn't take outside food or drink inside, so multiple dining options near the centre made it very popular.
