"Breakfast was great. The doors were hard to get into because the light would not turn green and our air conditioner was not working. But it was a beautiful property."

"Had an excellent stay at DoubleTree, nice people, clean environment, no complaints really. Only thing my son left his jacket in the lobby the day we arrived. I noticed it as we were checking out and asked did they happen to have it in the lost and found. I even drove 30 min back to the hotel to ask in person. The front desk told me no one turned it in. I counted this as a loss, when I arrived home in CA the next day, I get a call from their manager saying they found my son’s jacket and it’s been in lost and found for 2 days. I just wished they would have taken the time to look instead of giving me the typical prompt.As a single mom of 2, I know my 9 year old son should have done a better job of keeping track of his things but I wished someone would have checked all areas before saying no. We traveled back home without jacket, had to let him use mine. They did offer to ship it to me if I send them a prepaid shipping label but the hassle of that was not worth it. With that said, you will enjoy the castle hotel and Denver!"

"Room was nice and clean, staff was good. Morning continental breakfast had nothing but coffee and cereal, bread. Would be nice to have something hot, fruit. I look foward to a good breakfast"

"The room was immaculate. Loved the design of the place. Breakfast was delicious and vegan friendly. The courtyard was adorable. I loved the set up in the room with the tv able to be viewed from both the bed and couch. I had a comfortable and relaxing stay. Only thing was the hot tub was down for maintenance and I was looking forward to soaking my legs but it happens and is usually available."

"Clean room with fantastic beds and blackout shades. I’ve stayed here many, many times and was distressed this visit by the on-site restaurant. It used to be a highlight of staying at this property. Fantastic servers and good food. The Spotted Donkey was a bit of disaster. No host to seat is or acknowledge us. I stood at the podium for thirty minutes along with others and nobody even came to explain the situation. It was as if there were no cooks or servers. This needs to be seriously addressed if you will lose lots of hotel business. "
