Seaport Hotel Boston
"This was a very nice Hotel. Everyone seemed quite helpful. Rooms are very nice with nice views. However, we were awakened at 3am in the morning because of someone smoking in the room. There was not so much a mention or an apology at checkout. All in all nice place."

"Great, convenient location. Fantastic customer service from the moment we pulled up. Very welcoming concierge and front desk staff. Bellhop was so friendly and helpful. The fitness center is fantastic. And the little touches of espresso and water bottles were nice for our stay. We will be back!"

Harborside Inn Of Boston
"Housekeeping staff did not clean room 3 out of 6 days and done days told twice. Had to ask for towels and they forget easily. Hotels.com needs to highlight no bathtubs in most rooms."
