“A relaxing stay. Lovely team that felt like family. They couldn’t do enough for us. Kerry at reception was exceptional- very professional and knowledgeable. Jo was an absolute gem. The kitchen staff were brilliant. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel made it especially great due to the amenities nearby in the plaza and fuel station. I highly recommend”

“Was not a good hotel really. Thought we’d stop Off rather than drive home. Was dated yes staff friendly on the desk. Went up to room looked like someone left drop turd on floor at end of the bed. I walked straight back out and handed keys back. I’d rather do The 150 miles than stay in that room. Some people say it’s nice, that’s ok if you drink. We don’t drink really fair enough on the piss it’s doable. If ya sober I’d say it’s not so great. The turd mark on the floor put me off fully I took the...

“The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The sea view rooms have great views. Location is also very convenient. But the fire alarm went off at 2am one of the nights and nearly gave me a heart attack. It went off again the same night and i’ve never been startled like that before.”

“Despite very nice staff ... I wouldn't want to come back here. The bed was so hard and lights shining under the door - as well as being boiling hot meant I had an DREADFUL night's sleep. We could find no controls for the heating and the room was like an oven. Opening the window was impssible as noisy ventilation pumps were right outside . Staff said the room did get very hot. I think it was room 15 ...... AVOID AVOID AVOID The bed was far too hard ”

“Loved this hotel. We stayed in one of the self catering lodges which was great. Lodge was spacious and had everythigg no we needed travelling with young children. We used the hotel swimming pool and explored the grounds. Great location, easy to park and charge EV and in an excellent location for what we wanted. Staff helped with any query we had. The only thing I’d love to see was a few more condements in the lodge, what would be available if we stayed in the hotel. Will definitely stay again”
