โPure Bliss, this is an amazing location. The silence and nature is perfect just to get away from the hustle and bustle. The owner is also very welcoming making sure there is enough wood and making sure our stay was amazing. The Hot tub is amazing and overlooks the forest. So cosy and relaxing. Its also only 1.30min from Cape Town.โ

โPoor quality rooms. Bathroom doors are rotten and carpets are stained. Room 206 had a smell similar to a public hospital. The beds are soft and over used.โ
โWe had a fantastic time at the hotel. We were super advised on our travel planning. Lee-Ann was very caring and gave us the best tips. We booked two excursions based on their experience. Through her contacts, she was also able to organize the places for us at short notice. We felt very well taken care of with her.โ
โExcellent apartment. Situation overlooking the sea, very convenient for shops and restaurants. Staff super helpful and friendly. Private parking. Apartment was lovely and clean with all amenities required. Tastefully furnished, ample towels and toiletries. Only slight issue was the gate to the parking lot not closing but was assured this would be fixed. Would certainly recommend for a Hermanus stay. โ
โWe loved our stay at La Villa Retreat! Everything from the way we were greeted with a wine tasting our first night, to the beautiful grounds, to our well appointed room, to the lovely breakfasts made it a great stay. One cool night we requested that the staff light the fire in our fireplace so it would be warm when we returned. Returning after dinner to a room lit by the fireplace was just delightful. If it wasn't so far away, we'd happily return often for a couple's getaway!โ
