"Room absolutely fine, clean, comfy bed linen and as expected for a Hilton. A good buffet breakfast with a wide variety. Restaurant/bar service is friendly but a bit odd in places For example: - why would you place a full hot cup of coffee right at the very edge of a table? - Cheeseboard for dessert served very cold"

"Bath was not cleaned properly when arrived with rust and mould on it. One of the towels was dirty. Swimming pool is not opened during the time, which is shown on site and closed 1 hour earlier, sauna swithed off 2 hours earlier, than should be. Girls in spa are not friendly at all. Very disappointing, as this hotel was choosen because of the spa mainly. Very limited parking space, which is not mentioned on site at all. Should park on ZOO parking most of the time, which is not free."

"Easy, free parking. Nice staff. Clean room, no frills. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Main disappointment was that kids were only allowed in the pool after 9 on a Sunday but breakfast stopped at 1030 and check out was 11. "

"Shared canteen area is messy and not the cleanest. Shared bathroom upstairs has a shower which doesn't work. Television didn't work in my room (possibly the remote) - but it was very late and I couldn't be bothered chasing this up. I was awoken by very loud noises of arguing and fighting around 2.45am. I thought something serious was happening - but then realised the person in the next room had their television om at an unbearably loud volume. I obviously didn't want to knock their door and ask what was going on since goodness knows if the person was so inconsiderate then I didn't fancy knocking their door. I thought - surely the owner would do that. The next morning I left and I saw the owner coming out of the room next to the one which had the television blaring all night. I really could not be bothered confronting him. I messaged him later that day advising that I couldn't stay another night and I advised him of everything and he didn't answer. I sent another message asking for a response to my first text and had no answer. It's not the most expensive - but I've found a really nice hotel for the same money and a cooked breakfast with amenities that work nearby. Avoid this place like the plague. Customer care is zero."
