“Check in could be slightly improved if someone was dedicated solely to the front desk. They seemed a bit rushed off their feet with the event on at the same time. More lighting and grit in the car park would be good too. Because of the event on at the time, it was quite a full car park. Being on my own walking through the dark, slippy car park, I didn't feel the most comfortable. More lighting over signage would be helpful to guide around the car park too. ”

“second time staying here first time was great this time not so. All water wasn’t working for at least two hours and had no notice, staff was rude over the phone when I was asking for help with something, a leak was coming through the lights in my room and the staff didn’t help just told us to stay in the room and there was nothing they can do”

“Situated on the edge of Coventry, you can avoid the city traffic if you want to. There are some shops nearby, if you need supplies. The restaurant is sufficient, but not exceptional. The rooms are adequate for this sort of stay, but the sound proofing between them is poor, and you can easily be woken by next door's shower or running water”

This is then corroborated by the quiet and clean rooms, warm and cosy, along with a spacious breakfast area which presents a good variety of food, replicated for the dining area. All this topped with an ample parking space. Last, but certainly not least, the caring and welcoming staff just make it a must to want to go back.”
