“The staff were absolutely lovely”

“Most of the beer in the bar was off. We asked for an extra fan for the room, it didn't turn up. My wife is a vegan, we asked for oatmilk in the room. That didn't arrive either. To cap it all when we left we were told that we had to pay an extra £55.00 as the price we were quoted was less than what it should have been. Won't be stopping here again.”

Solveiga stood out the most, I was lucky enough to have her check me in and out and she is honestly the most wonderful person. I hope she gets the credit she deserves.”

“We found the hotel very easily - just a mile from the M The welcome from the reception staff couldn't have been bettered. Our room was quite hot with afternoon sun. We rigged up the provided fan to cool the room. We ate at The Bumble Bee next door first evening. Very good The second evening, we wanted an early meal - and ate in the hotel. Equally as good. Breakfast was excellent Thanks for a perfect stay”

“We booked two rooms and arrived early for check in. The lady was very helpful and this remained the theme for our stay. The staff are friendly and problem solving. The property is a short walk from the centra of Evesham and is over the road from the main park with the river running through it. Breakfast was excellent. “This is a beautifully furnished, elegant hotel in the centre of Cheltenham. It’s in a quiet part of the town and with easy walking to Montpellier. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated with high quality tea, coffee-making machines.
