"Where do I begin? Booked through Expedia. When I arrived at property, should have been someone to check in with until 8pm. There was no one there. Finally reached someone from the property on the phone, and they could not find my reservation. After over an hour on the phone with multiple people, we were finally able to get it all straightened out and checked in. The majority of our unit was good, but I will list the bad: Couch and chair in the living room NEED to be replaced, stained and have a dirty, oily feeling (We put a sheet over the couch for the entirety of our stay. One of the drawer slides in the kitchen broke letting the drawer fall out, barely missing my wife's foot. No iron or ironing board in our unit, we should have checked on that when booking. No soap in our unit, and body wash dispenser in the shower was broken so had to shower with shampoo the first morning (front office said they would bring us some soap, but just brought small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion). TV in bedroom had no remote or even a power cord. I found the cord in the kitchen and on day 2 front office sent someone to bring us a remote and get it programmed to work. The property location was great, walking distance to a small boardwalk area with dining, shopping and a marina. Right next to the ferry terminal. The pool facilities were great. Very short drive to other restaurants and the beach. We loved Hatteras as a whole."
