"The hotel is near the main attractions and in a good location, but still quiet. The employees were very friendly, helpful, and attentive, especially Burhan who looks like Colin Farrell (some guests said Volodymyr Zelensky, lol). The breakfast was decent but didn’t have many hot options. The hotel is extremely clean and the shower has good water pressure. Overall a great stay."

"Service was amazing even though hotel was pretty booked up. Everyone is very helpful I only had 20 hours in Istanbul and they gave me a full plan, they also really ensured I was taken care of, I was able to stay in touch with a worker through WhatsApp incase of anything. Best service I’ve received thus far in a beautifully put hotel with an excellent location and spa!!"

"A few minor issues which were resolved when raised with staff, however overall very pleased. Customer service was exceptional as always. Breakfast was very good but same items everyday, which was slightly disappointing. Would be good if different items were served. "
