"We loved our stay at this hotel! The location next to a beautiful outdoor mall was perfect, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel was spotless and beautifully decorated for the holidays. Our top-floor room was lovely, and room service was excellent. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options, and there were also great nearby food choices at the mall.
One small suggestion for improvement: I hope the hotel considers removing room numbers from the key cards, as it could...
