"A lovely location with great views, a stately old building (if a bit worn around the edges and with dark hallways). Had quite a nice stay but found the front desk team very uneven. I would expect uniformly helpful and pleasant interactions with the staff of the front desk. Some folks were great, a oleasure to deal with. Others were on the abrasive and unhelpful side. I should add the folks at Monte’s were always pleasant, eelcoming and helpful. As were the van/shuttle drivers."
