"A Truly Comfortable and Welcoming Experience in Ortisei My stay at this hotel was, simply put, one of the most comfortable hotel experiences I have ever enjoyed. The staff here is the hotel's greatest asset—they are universally kind, friendly, and professional. I was particularly grateful for their help with parking, as they kindly offered a specific, convenient spot. Daily housekeeping kept the room perfectly clean, with fresh sheets and towels provided every day. Culinary Excellence and Prime Location: The location is ideal for mountain lovers, with Passo Sella and Passo Gardena only 20 minutes away, making the two great areas easily accessible. The breakfast was a highlight: a wonderful variety of juices, pastries, and teas were offered alongside superb à la carte options (the omelets and pancakes were delicious) and freshly pressed juices. The presence of about seven attentive staff members made the service truly stand out. The clean and modern sauna and swimming facilities were a relaxing treat, offering fresh drinks and teas. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning on my next visit to Ortisei. Thank you for your professional and kind hospitality."
