"The Hotel Staff manipulated to have our credit card and charged us one night fee. West Jet airlines cancelled our flight. We asked hotel for refund, they declined. I would rate it a Fraud by Hotel Northwind. We could not reach hotel circumstances beyond our control, cancellation of flight. The room was booked via Expedia, payment to be made upon arrival. I would not stay in such a hotel in life even for Free. Hopeless."

"Breakfast wasn’t included and super expensive. They need to upgrade the TV’s to smart-TV’s. Convenient for tours as buses pickup outside the lobby"

"hated the noisy fan in the heater/cooling unit.....turned it off for the night but it got too cold so had to try sleep with the rattle..... pillows were too firm....awful for the neck parking was pretty tight staff, room, the rest was good"

"The doors didn’t lock, the bathroom was dirty, cards didn’t work. Blood on wall , wires sticking out of shower head, bathroom door didn’t lock , didn’t follow through Expedia voucher. "
