No se hospeden aquí, menos si van en familia

Fue horrible, mande a mi familia, el persona del lugar no estaba casi nunca en el hotel, cuando estaban no hacían caso. A la entrada sólo dieron un rollo de papel higiénico y nunca dieron más. El entorno es inseguro, abandonado en una zona peligrosa. El precio fue muy alto para lo que vale. No se otorgo factura, el responsable del hotel quería que pagáramos más dinero para generar la factura, cuando los impuestos se habían pagado por anticipado a hoteles.com , en el sitio de hoteles.com no se puede generar factura y nadie responde al teléfono. No volveremos a este lugar ni a comprar a través de esta palataforma.

This is not as advertised there is NO consumer service desk, NO English speaker person, They don't offer water in the rooms if you arrive after the shops are all closed be sure to buy your own water, and if you arrive late and need to take your medication good luck wait until nest morning you go buy it from the gestation, the bath room door does not close live with it ,its hard to use the sink too.in general tis is not a hotel .
