"Everything was excellent, the only recommendation would be to put in some comfortable bed to go along with the wonderful stay and view of the beach."

"Mediocre overall- staff at check in were not pleasant-older white man and woman with short hair- not rude but abrupt and didn’t explain much. I had to go back and ask a few questions and they acted annoyed. Hotel is older so I don’t expect pristine accommodations but just be nice. Housekeeping staff was awesome, came every day and provided whatever we needed. A table on the balcony would have been helpful. Beds not really comfortable. Breakfast was good. A bird flew into the glass by the hot tub and that wasn’t good!!!"

"Our room was very clean, including the bathroom, which can be a challenge to keep clean. Staying only one night, we didn’t have time to use the amenities, but the pool and hot tub looked inviting. The gift at check in was quite a nice surprise, and getting a discount at local restaurants for staying at the hotel was unexpected, but another nice perk. Overall, we’re extremely happy with our stay and will certainly return. 😁"

"1. I had to text Ivy because there were no extra sheets, pillows or blankets for the sofa and Murphy’s beds. No one ever came to deliver them but luckily we brought our own. . 2. I had to call the front desk twice because the bathroom door fell off. I told them I had a blind nephew and a grandson with autism in the room but it still took over an hour for someone to show up. When he did show up to fix it he tried to use the nails that were already in the wall and door just for them to break off. He then had to go get more nails to fix it. Then the maintenance man said this should hold until you check out. 3. It was dirty behind the Murphy’ bed like it had been awhile since someone had cleaned it. I also had to move some of the furniture around so we didn’t have to keep crawling over the Murphy bed to get to the bathroom and the beds. 4. No one came by to see if we needed anything and we did but I walked over to the front desk myself to retrieve the items needed. The only time someone came was to see if we had checked out. 5. The only reason I took this room is because it showed two bathrooms but it only had one. I did wish it was a little bigger but it serve its purpose. 6. Overall the check in and check out process were very easy. The rooms were clean and it did sleep eight people. The children really enjoyed the pool. It was in walking distance to the things I wanted to do. If I were sure all the above issues were fixed I would say at this hotel again."
