“Evidently the day before checking in, there was a flood on the first three floors (not weather related) that knocked out the hot water. During check in, noone told us. We discovered this when trying to shower. Called the front desk to inquire, that's when we learned of the flood. The response, "It should be back by tomorrow morning." It wasn't. “I like where it was but the refrigerator stop working but they did get another one day later we took 2 cars and they don't take care of two car or more u have to pay a lot of money for parking for the other car for 3 days at a parking place $380 we went to a hotel last year and they took care of both cars I thank they should take care of the cars they didn't even give us a way of paying them to take care of the other car”
