โWhere to start with this wonderful B&B?
Excellent communication from owner Catherine when I enquired about leaving the car there before check in time as we were attending York Races.Catherine arranged early check in and advised on taxis to the Races.
The whole B&B is very tastefully decorated with very high quality everywhere beds are an absolute dream!
Breakfast is outstanding freshly cooked beautifully presented and top quality!
This is a working farm with calves loving life and Betty the cat...
โVery nice people here! It is an old guesthouse so the fact I was on the 3rd was ok, the stairs were solid but narrow so if I had more luggage than a small backpack it would have been hard. No issues with the other floors though. So to restate floor 3, room 10 quaint room for person with very little luggage. โ
โVery clean and comfy even provided a fridge. The only fault was the kettle didn't work when i went to make a cup of tea in the morning. Otherwise excellent. โ
โAbsolutely gorgeous B&B - rooms are really lovely and everything is spotlessly clean. Liz is the perfect hostess, I felt very valued and at home here. Thoroughly recommended โ
โWas amazing. The room was beautiful with the extras and the hot tub topped the weekend off for our 30th wedding anniversary. Going to come every year. Staff was amazing. Highly recommend this hotel itโs an amazing experience. Thank you๐โ
โBeautiful property located an easy walk from the station and an easy walk in to town. Staff are incredible - super friendly and helpful. Property is beautifully maintained and comfortable, I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. I would love to be able to visit again in the future.โ
