โReally fab location, just off grand canal and within a few streets of a main walkway through the area full of cafes, shops, restaurants and bars. The room we had was basic room and bathroom but thatโs all we needed we were out all day. Lovely little outdoor area to sit and relax or read a book. Stella was very friendly and helpful. Would book again if ever back in Veniceโ
โWonderful stay at Ca Vendramin! While the rooms are a tiny bit shabby (some lightbulbs not working, and upholstery is a tad worn), the location is excellent (in the cannareggio, quiet and a bit removed from tourist mayhem), yet quick and easy walk to/from train sta and alilaguna blue line stop Nove A. โThis hotel is an excellent hotel which provides great service, delicious breakfast, and convenient transportation(water bus).
The only thing that is inconvenient is a trasportation from the airport. I arrived the airport late in the evening, so I took a private water taxi which costs 120 euro.
The location is very close to Rialto bridge and waterbus station Ca Doro.
We bought 3-day waterbus ticket, which has been very conveneint and efficient to travel around Venice.
