Scott was great and did check-in very quick manner. The pool and hot tub were clean. The room was more than well cleaned and welcoming. Great place to stay and only 15 minutes from Airport.

I was a late night arrival ( 2 a.m.) The procedure was posted, the night clerk was prompt and friendly. He explained about the billing, was clear about the hotel amenities and reassured me about location and timing of future travel arrangements.

The Cottages on Salt Spring Island
The cottage design was beyond expectation,,was clean but we left it cleaner, lower bedroom sheets had aweful staining that should never been on the bed, we received replacement sheets promply. It was new years and the fireplace would not work and the request for help was ignored,or didn't get passed ...
