“small room”

“It was a very calm and beautiful hotel, but its hygiene was awful. During my stay, there were hundreds and thousands of small red spiders in the room. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. ”

“Bien = calme du site en pleine nature / acceuil sympa / cabane propre et bien équipée / paniers repas bonne qualité Moins bien = pas de vue sur les alentours et le paysage à partir de la terrasse de la cabane. Cabane sombre car tout le temps à l'ombre et obligation d'allumer la lumière ”

“This hotel was rated highly and priced as though it was a high end property - it is not. It is an ancient chateau remodeled into a 1970s motel with amateur carpentry. Upon arrival the manager attempted to upsell us on-site breakfast and booking a dinner reservation through her website instead of showing us to our room. Our room was surprising, as it was not attractive or comfortable. There was a giant space heater to be plugged in because the proprietor turns off the heat at night - in December!...

“Un hébergement très pratique et fonctionnel, très agréable avec une entrée indépendante ce qui permet de ne pas déranger les hôtes. L accueil est chaleureux et les bons plans sont au rendez vous. La piscine est un plus tout comme les petit déjeuners copieux et fait maison! Idéalement placé à quelques minutes seulement de la cité de Carcassonne! Allez y les yeux fermés!”

“The room was large and clean and well-appointed. The gentleman who seemed to be the manager was very kind and accommodating. Food was good. Front desk clerk who checked us in argued that breakfast was not included for our price, and I had to pull up the Expedia receipt details - AND she insisted on calling the manager before she honored it. That made for a rough start to our stay. It is not conveniently located to the walled city - I would have probably booked something closer. However, parking...
