The beach was very clean. The property was very clean. The restaurant were great and I definitely recommend this resort. We will definitely be back."

"Stayed 10 days at Paraíso Beach, which also granted access to Del Mar amenities. Approx. 33 minutes from Cancun airport. Buffet had many daily options and some theme nights which for the most part was really good for a buffet and much better than I have experienced at other all inclusive resorts. Pools are large but not heated with a lovely tropical feel with many daily activities and sun loungers. However, there was only poolside drink service 4 out of our 10 days. The resort is very large and can be difficult to get around for older people or with mobility issues and young kids. Although they have golf carts (bus service), you can be waiting 15min plus to get a ride depending on time of day. Distance from lobby to beach is a good 15 min walk. A disappointing feature for me is that you cannot see the beach or ocean from anywhere on the resort. You have to go down winding wooden paths through the mangroves (1-2 min) before hitting the beach. Lack of loungers in the non VIP section and no beach service. The ocean in this area is very rough and swimming is difficult. Overall wonderful stay but will most likely look for smaller resort in future."

"Can’t say enough about the staff and the property conditions. Super clean. Only issue was the transportation company they use. Absolutely horrible. Lomas Travel. Waited over an hour to get a ride to the hotel upon arrival in Cancun and our flight was delayed by a couple of hours when leaving and they wouldn’t accommodate a later shuttle for the 6 of us. "

"Wonderful family-run hotel on a lovely Cenote. If you want all-inclusive mass tourism, this is not for you. If you want an authentic Mexican self-catering room or apartment, off the beaten track, this is perfect. "

"The whole place was awesome. The site was very clean and just as I expected from the pics I saw on the Expedia Website. Super peaceful place. The food was excellent and the bar staff was super friendly. A huge shoutout to my man at the front desk Christian for all the help he was. Anything I needed he was right on top of it. It wouldn’t have been the same without his assistance."

"The road to the resort was not paved at all (dirt road with tons of potholes, an SUV or bigger vehicle is a must), it was remote, no cell reception (download an offline map), surrounded by jungle. We had fun driving through. The property was nice, peaceful and surrounded by nature. There is no cell reception but there is a wifi. The room that we stayed in was the comfort room. It was clean and comfortable. There was a musty smell at first but we aired the room out and it was fine after. I think the room needs proper ventilation. The whole staff were super friendly, accomodating and welcoming. We had the pleasure to meet Jason (all around guy - concierge, manager, chef), Robert and Papa Oso. They took good care of us. The housekeeper although we didn’t personally meet her, she did a very good job at tidying up our room every day. There menu option was limited but the food was delicious all the time. We even had a bon fire after dinner with marshmallows to eat😁. We’re satisfied overall. Service was great. The resort has a lot of potential for more activity options aside from what they already offer - e.g. ATV tours around the area, cooking class, wildlife watching, stargazing, etc. We will be back! "
