"The lady there named Sandy was super amazing and nice. She helped us with a lot of things but the quality of the place was not so great. We had neighbors that were very sketchy and room service only came once per week. Room service kept forgetting to give us blankets and towels. But I would say Sandy made it a lot better. "

Hosts away all weekend and did not return until Monday morning. Did not call to check in upon returning, despite us leaving voice mails regarding the problem accessing their suite. Had to figure out the issue with the entry pad and replace the battery on the panel ourselves in order to access the suite. Suite itself was...

"This is a nice quiet hide away from the crowd. Maureen was a sweetheart. The place is just like the picture and in a very safe neighborhood. if you are cold blooded as us from Florida I would suggest bringing some warm clothes because Maureen likes a cold house. Other than that I can't say anything but praise for the place."
