"Great location and friendly staff. We could walk to all the shops, restaurants and bars. Bathrooms need an update, ours had broken and cracked baseboards and a floor tile in front of sink that was loose. Bathtub was old, shower curtain was tattered. The bed was comfy, we had a great view of the ocean from our room."

"Not enough handicap parking - and parking lots stayed full forcing us to park quite a distance from our handicap access room. Room was also showing some wear, not bad but just below what I expect of a Hyatt."

"Staff was friendly. When the toilet was backed up someone came to fix within 20 minutes. It's an older quaint townlike feel and had a fireplace in in."
