"I didn't like that we arrived early and were told staff would call when a room was available, only they didn't. When we returned they said only one room in our requested category was available. That room was right on ground level with view of garbage cans. We had to keep blinds closed because of people getting in and out of cars there. Also I think you should tell people that housecleaning only comes every other day. "
