"Parking was easy. AC was good. No amenities. Bathtub not clean "

"This hotel is fine for what it is. Good location. Be aware that they only clean the rooms every 3 days of your stay. I wasn't aware of this when I booked and when I asked for a light room cleaning (just to pick up old towels, etc) they said they would send someone, but didn't. When we checked in, our initial room smelled heavily of smoke, even though it is a non-smoking property. They moved us right away and the second room was better."

"I had to ask 3 times for the pull out beds sheet to be changed in which it was never done. We did get moved to another room how we both toilets did not want to flush. When I let Front desk know she stated it was could be because if it’s about to rain there’s sometimes plumbing issues. Toilet of course would not flush the next morning after using it and maintenance had to come up with a snake to snake it. Spoiled milk was served at breakfast"

"I always love this property when visiting my daughter, but when the regulars are not working their relief folks are not as accommodating as the reg staff. Other than that, i had a great time!!"

"Our room did not have a hair dryer but the staff was very responsive to get us one. I was surprised we were in a Disability access room. It took forever for the water to warm up in the shower. Loved having the full size refrig and freezer!"

"Overall, the experience wasn’t terrible, but it also was not close to amazing. Right as you walk into the lobby, the smell of the hotel’s pool smacks you quickly and it’s pretty potent - either the pool is over-chlorinated and/or the ventilation is poor. In my room, the coffee machine was missing parts (the basket) and couldn’t even be used. On Saturday morning I went downstairs to tell the woman working the desk, and she just looked at me and said “okay”. The coffee maker was never fixed, no part was brought, etc. I also let the gentleman working the front desk about this during my checkout. He was definitely the most hospitable staff member I encountered - he provided excellent customer service. Otherwise, the room also wasn’t seen or tended to by any staff on Saturday either to do anything for towels, sheets, etc. Would I stay here again? Probably not - there are multiple hotels in the area around the same price range."

"The breakfast was amazing. It took about 5 minutes from the hotel to get to our meeting at the UVA Business School. "
