"This is truly THE place to stay in Chania, in my opinion. It's a very nice hotel, waterfront, amazing breakfast, great staff, walkable to tons of restaurants and shopping. SO FUN!! I didn't pay extra for the water view, but we had a side tiny patio with a water view if you look sideways. I really loved this hotel. We were starving when we arrived, and we were talked into eating at the restaurant right next to the hotel (the restaurant guy said they had amazing food - we weren't sure about that, but the beautiful waterfront tables were amazing). Well -- we had the BEST spaghetti bolognaise me and my sister have ever had. For $10 the serving was huge for both of us splitting. We actually went back the next night for more spaghetti. Great find!!!"

"George helped us plan our entire week in Crete. He gave us recommendations to different areas of the island. We had a great experience and he helped us see places we would have never found. Definitely rent a car if you want to travel around. Very helpful and friendly staff."

"The front desk associates were very informative and provided helpful advice. We highly recommend the store across the street, ELAIA, for outstanding service. The owner provided information from olive oil, honey to skin care products - a wealth of knowledge, very friendly and personable. The views from the hotel are beautiful and while not a huge beach, it is nice and cozy with 2 pools and plenty of room for couples or families."
