“Excellent and pleasant service by staff Good location ”

“The service was very attentive, convenient locations , delicious breakfast and very comfortable bed and room .”

“This is a lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Old Town with character and charm.”

“we absolutely LOVED our stay at the Hilton Chania. The corner room we had with sauna and sea views was so incredible that we changed our flights to stay an extra night. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was delicious and the location was very conveniently located close walking distance to the main town along the water. The sunsets from the roof top bar were insanely gorgeous and the outdoor and indoor pool were perfect for sunny and rainy conditions. We can't wait to come back!!! Thank you...

“Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel.

“One of those rare times when the place was as beautiful if not better than the pictures. Clean, well maintained, great location. The staff was very kind and Eva was a great communicator, stopped by to say hi at breakfast our first morning and was very hospitable.”

“good and kind staffs. located in old port. nice view room and delicious breakfast.”

“My husband and I stayed at Avra Hotel for four nights and had a wonderful experience. Our room was comfortable, and the staff were very kind and welcoming. The only drawback was the limited parking available on the property. The hotel is within walking distance of the Old Town, and some street parking is available nearby.”

“Hotel is beautiful. Its exactly what you’d expect to find in Greece. Staff was nice and helpful. Reason for 3 stars: The room was very spacious but cheaply built. The flooring was creaking and would flex a lot. The shower was emitting a mold smell and upon closer inspection, there was mold all along the perimeter of the shower. I hate to call out such a nice hotel however this may be a big issue with a certain crowd. I hope they take this into consideration for future tenants. Beyond these 2...
