“Very characterful room, staff were most welcoming and made a lovely fuss of our little dog , as well as giving him a sausage at breakfast time. Nice to have a bath too. Excellent value for money, will stay again.”

“We had a great one night stay, lovely clean, huge room. Peaceful and quiet. Staff were so helpful and friendly. ”

“Good communal area for children and staff were pleasant. However there was a very strong unpleasant smell thoughout the hotel and in the rooms. There was also large stains on the carpet in the hallways which were wet - we assume they had been recently cleaned. Breakfast was ok - however they had ran out off pastries when we attended at 9.30. Overall unlikely to stay again due to cleanliness/smell. ”

“The hotel was as always clean and tidy with very polite and helpful staff. The only problem was with the swimming pool and spa area . The pool was very dirty and the jacuzzi was broken apparently broken for a while . This said it is still exceptionally good value and the first time of a few visits that the pool has been below standards. We will definitely go again . ”

“Plenty of parking, the room was clean and the welcome friendly.The downside was the restaurant was closed when arrived so the alternative was to go out again. We didn't bother, it might have been better to have had some notice of this and we could made other arrangements it didn't spoil matters.”

“Me and my daughter had a lovely stay here. Breakfast was lovely too and Rebecca couldn’t of made you feel more welcome , lovely place to stay would definitely recommend!”

“Conveniently located in the centre of Sanbach with easy access to shops etc. A large free car park and EV charging were a pleasant bonus. The breakfast was weighted towards hot cooked food and the cold buffet poor, it needs more fruit, yogurt, croissants and more interesting breads.”
