โLoved the grounds, pretty big resort, could walk quite a bit. Loved the food, beach cleaned every day. Very friendly staff, no standing in line at restaurants. Really liked that we could snorkel at the resort. Some complain that there are rocks at the beach, but that's exactly what gave as the chance do a lot of snorkeling. Huge pools, always available lounges. Great resort.โ
โSe vive una tranquilidad impresionante y se escucha la naturaleza.
A pesar de que es epoca de sargazo nos dieron opciones de actividades muy cerca (caminando) para tener una muy buena estancia.โ
โPool and natural water oil could use some cleaning, especially the natural pool, too much algae to get in the steps, but can view some tropical fish. The included breakfast was good.โ
โEnjoyed our quick stay here. Felt safe the whole time. Wonderful staff. Did not end up doing the cenote excursion. Pools were relaxing but kind of crowded since the beach was full of sargassum. The hotel did a good job of trying to clean up the beach as much as possible and we were able to enjoy the water on our last day. Would go back.โ
โI had an amazing experience at TRS YUCATAN for my honeymoon.
Before our trip, I contacted the hotel via email to let them know it was our honeymoon, and they surprised us with honeymoon events and decorations in our room and throughout the facilities.
I was truly touched by their attention to detail and care. What I liked the most was how friendly the staff were.
If I ever visit again, I would definitely want to stay at TRS YUCATAN.โ
โUnico was very clean and quite property. The food and the drinks were excellent. All staff were friendly. Our concierge, Eduardo, was kind and checked in on us daily. He answered any questions we had without delay. This is definitely more of a stay at the resort and chill at the pool kind of place. Harder to go into town when compared to Cancun. โ
