โWe had an amazing stay at Stitch Hotel in Kyoto! Perfect is the word that comes to mind when I think about this hotel and its staff.
The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and exactly like the pictures. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the fully equipped kitchen was a wonderful bonus. It truly felt like a home in Kyoto.
The location is excellent โ with a convenience store next door, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, attractions within walking distance, and train stations...
โAmazing property with a super spacious room! The staff were so kind and accommodated our late check-in. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. We loved our bathroom that included a sauna and an oxidized bathtub. Super close to all the main sites and metros, we walked more than anything else. 10/10 would stay here again!โ
โHighly recommend this place to stay in Kyoto, so close to Gion, wonderful restaurants, and transport. The accommodation is so spacious, well equipped, clean and has a wonderful feel with an amazing wooden bath. Special thanks to Yui who works the front desk and the Cafe. She was wonderful, so friendly, helpful and welcoming to us. It's an amazing place and we would definitely return next time. โ
โThis is listed as a 3 star hotel. It is not. It is the most luxurious hotel weโve stayed at, including 5 star properties. The room was amazing. The location was perfect. Although everyone in Japan seems extraordinarily nice, the staff here beat even that standard. There was not one second of our time at this property that wasnโt perfect. 10/10. โ
โExcellent place to stay in Gion. Really nice location, convenient. Attentive staff but they will not get in your way. Nice bathroom with a Japanese-style shower and tub area. Very clean and nice amenities. Although no breakfast provided, they provide suggestions and a convenience store is right across the street.โ
โAnything from the superb service to the quality of the rooms to the food at the restaurant was top notch. Couldn't recommend this hotel more. Beds are slightly on the firm side but that's literally the only "negative" thing I have to say. โ
