“Check in went smoothly and staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and the kids had a great time in it. Room was clean and comfortable. Loved that it had a nightlight in the bathroom. Breakfast had a wide variety of items and the area was clean. Bathrooms in the lobby were spacious, clean and had feminine supplies if needed. ”
“The room was excellent except the there was no shampoo so I used 2 pumps of the shower gel to wash my hair & then the gel was empty when I wanted to wash my body. I found a housekeeper in the hall she gave me shampoo & said they would bring shower gel. They never did ”
“My stay at the hotel was nice..i wasn't in my room much. I came for my 40th year class reunion. But it was nice and quiet every night when i came in tired and ready to go to bed.The front desk staff was very nice and helpful..my room was very clean and comfortable

I could not take a bath...i had to take a shower..for some reason they have the shower button set and stuck in the upward position..I have a bad back and hip so standing up in the shower was very...
“This is our third time staying here. The property is charming and unique. It is located near the heart of the city and so much can be reached by walking down Franklin St. and the adjacent neighborhoods staring at the rich collection of antique homes. Nice common areas, a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of coffee help the quests meet and chat. Check-in is easy. Off street parking that is in a locked and gated lot behind the building is a big plus. We will stay again. ”
“Loved the music in the lobby! (1940’s) Great breakfast choices/variety- sausage and waffles were delicious. Lovely setting and atmosphere. beautiful outdoor courtyard. Marveled at the historic details like the woodwork and ceiling. Wonderful to have a silent air conditioner, unlike most hotels. Great area with museums and restaurants nearby but hotel it self was very quiet. Can’t wait to return for longer stay!”
