โWe always stay at the crown plaza when we fly out of Cleveland. This time there was no soaps or blow dryer. Room was bare of anything that we would normally use. This place does need upgrades. โ
โEverything was fine. Clean. Only issues wete the room door was hard to get open. Had to use shoulder and slam into it. It would be nice to start with enough towels, instead of 2 for 4 people.โ
โThe property is located below another quality hotel, but has a charming, privacy because of the trees. It has ample parking and is very quiet. The bed is good quality, everything in the room was clean, including very clean and attractive wood flooring instead of carpet, which I liked. Perhaps the proprietors will replace the hallway carpeting, which is somewhat worn. There is no elevator, which is not needed for a two-floor establishment. There are two vending machines in-house, but a nice...
โFriendly service, couch bed was broken in my room, and ceiling vents could use a good wipe down. I liked the fact that my room was like a small apartment. Full kitchen off set living room and bedroom section. Just have to bring your own kitchen essentials. Other than that I will be returning! โ
โThis was a one night stop. First time at Comfort Inn Suites. King room has an attractive layout. Private bedroom from seating area with fold out sofa.โ
โThe worst ever hotel/suites in the 30 years of my life. Water shut down, card key malfunction, no kitchen wares whatsoever, vending machine malfunction, dirty floors and bathroom, unfriendly staffs....just about everything was horrible.
Had pretty good experiences with Sonesta hotels but definitely not this time. I strongly believe thst Sonesta management at the headquarters needs to close this place down right away before they lose more business credibility.
Seriously.โ
