โI booked this hotel for my dad and step-mother and I spoke with the staff on two occasions to try to get an early check in. Both times, the staff were so nice and professional. My dad had nothing but good things to say about this hotel- quiet and safe neighborhood, great areas to chat with friends while he was in town, and clean! Right next to a grocery store as well which can be handy. Will be reserving a room here for myself or family in the future!โ
โIt is in a nice area with plenty of shopping, dining, coffee options. Our 2 bed, 2 bath room with a loft was perfect for a family of 4 with kids who are old enough to need privacy but too young for their own hotel room.โ
โFirst impressions are very important and I was very impressed with this place. I was just passing through for the night and needed a place to stay, this place already had good reviews and I can see why. The staff at check in were amazing and very courteous. The property seems well kept up. My room very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. Had a great nights sleep with zero issues. Great choice of stay!โ

โAfter a bad experience at another hotel nearby, we were so relieved to find Sleep Inn. The difference was night and day. The room was clean, the atmosphere was quiet and safe, and the bed was comfortable โ exactly what we needed.
Breakfast in the morning was surprisingly good, with a nice variety to choose from. The whole place felt well-kept and welcoming. Iโd definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone passing through Springfield.โ
โWasnt super clean but was ok , not much of a breakfast selection, either manger or owner chewing out desk clerk throwing stuff in lobby while i was at front desk very unprofessional โ
