“The apartment was beautiful! It was clean and neat! Big windows to allow for sunlight. We made our own breakfast as because they supplied dinnerware, cookware, coffee maker and blender. A washer and dryer was in the apartment along with hangers, laundry baskets and laundry detergent.”

Hotels.com gave us the wrong unit number; the property management company wasn’t open to help us when we arrived; the property management company blamed the HOA for not telling them about the storm damage and restricted amenities; and no one wants to take responsibility for...
