"Dining options could certainly use some work, but everything else was fantastic!! Also, it would be awesome to have a smart tv or firestick to watch Netflix or movies on when we get home."

"I was very disappointed with my stay, especially considering I paid over $300. The environment was extremely loud, the bathtub was clogged and drained very slowly, and there were no towels available after using the pool. The pool itself was nice, but that was one of the few positives. We also had to pay extra for parking, which made the experience even more frustrating. On top of that, we never even got the chance to try the breakfast because security accused us of smoking and removed us from the hotel. Overall, this was a very poor experience and not worth the money at all."

"Everyone was extremely professional. Check-in was absolutely painless. Check out was a bit hectic. Lots of people checking out, not enough staff. They really needed a key dropbox"

"Run down. Carpets ripped, room had dirt in corner. 3 days no maid visits. Walls dirty in food prep area. Worker picked up bacon with bare hands. Bagels stale and hard. Elevator floor indicator floor 1&2 lights burned out. No regular tea available."

"Our room was infested with ants. The property needs an update. Maintenance employees were good and the breakfast was great. Those were the only good things about our stay."
