"Clean room and hotel. Fabulous decor and architecture. Great location. We enjoyed our stay. Only problem was when trying the WiFi, which i think was provided by a separate company, it would not accept my email address as a valid one. I've been using the same email address for 20 years, so couldn't get any further with it and so, no WiFi."

"The family room was really big and had everything you'd need for an over night. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area and transport options etc. Chef was great in preparing an individual option for one of our post who is undergoing treatment and couldn't eat the buffet breakfast. Would definitely book again."

"My favourite hotel room ever! So cool and fun lovely room, unreal bed and love swivel tv in the Junior suite room especially so you can watch from sofa or bed at the perfect angle!! Staff are always lovely and the pip restaurant is really good. Air con - heart of city close to shops,restaurants and bars! Whats not to love!"

"Fab location next to lime st station, clean and tidy, reception staff are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble. Great when you want to go to the Christmas market. The hotel is on a hill though. I spend a lot of time in Liverpool and this is my go to hotel. It’s a gem of a place.dx"
