“Checking in was confusing. Lots of people in the office but hard to know who to talk to and what was going on. Once we were in, the experience was nice. Good location. Etc”

“We got a basement apartment, not city view as the reservation stated. Not very clean, and the kitchen was missing items. The TV did not work, the oven did not work, and the stovetop did not work either. When this was pointed out to staff, I received no reply. It is centrally located in a beautiful location, but overall a disappointment.”

“This property was awful. It is not a safe area. Please do not be fooled by the listing description. We were literally not even in there for 10 minutes and booked a hotel. Filthy is a understatement!!!”

“There isn’t an elevator. We stayed at the Shannon Suite (top floor) which was 81 steps. All luggage had to be carried. I would not recommend for elderly.”

“It was a perfect location. Safe and walkable. It would have been nice to have a fan for the bedrooms. The one fan that was there didn't seem to work very well. It would be nice if the check in location wasn't so far from the rental or if you could use a lockbox or code to get in after on-line pre check in. The walking instructions to the apt. weren't the clearest and we walked a long ways out of our way with luggage. But, once we arrived with the kindness of a local person who walked us to our...

“We had a good experience with some difficulties. The good - the apartment was nicely decorated and spacious, with a kitchen and balcony, and good restaurants nearby. Also, there were tea and biscuits provided. We appreciated the 2 bedrooms, and the staff was friendly and prompt with communication via Expedia messages. The bad - The check in process was cumbersome, having to drive through the city to get the key. Also, we had no hot water the 1st night since we weren't aware there was a...
