"This is an old hotel that needs a significant update. The shower leaked, some of the lights didn’t work, the bathroom door is broken at the bottom and insulation is falling out, there were stains on the comforter, and ants in the shower."

I had asked for a late check out as we were attending a wedding at 3, and it was granted, i was super excited about that. I definitely recommend this hotel. "

"This is a bed and breakfast that DOES NOT include breakfast. You can pay the extra $21 pp otherwise you get free smells and that's it. Apparently this was a change made in January 2026. The house is quaint and has lots of potential. We stayed in the 3rd floor room which meant lots of ducking your head to avoid the slanted ceiling. Not so fun for the middle of the night bathroom trips. The carpet in our room was very outdated and in need of replacement. The tub/shower combo does not have a shower curtain so you have to sit in the tub to take a 'shower'. The carpet on the stairs leading out to the back of the house is disgusting. I think it was originally blue but is now black where the traffic is the heaviest. Don't touch the blinds to peak outside. Lots of dust and grime. The staff however, so pleasant and helpful. Hope the owner decides to give it a little TLC even if it is up for sale."
