“Easy access, helpful staff. Room was nice. Only complaint was the low toilet. They must have been child height. Otherwise would stay there again if in Crossville.”

“The location was great. Check-in was easy. Plenty of parking. The room was clean. The AC in the room got very cool which we really appreciated after a hot day. The bed was a little firm, but that seems to be the case with most hotels. The breakfast was pretty good. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.”

“Excellent Mexican restaurant close. Man that I talked to prior to coming did not give an easy access room. Really would have helped due to my age. Instead he put us on top floor very farthest from elevator. Stayed here last year and girl on desk took care of same request with no problem. I think he has to share part of income with Expedia! Why else would he be difficult?”

“Nice location but business office a little sparse, didn’t have a scanner. Also no onsite bar/restaurant which is probably a deal breaker for me next time as I don’t like to have to drive to dinner or a cocktail after a long day of driving”
