"Definitely book this hotel! There’s so many choices in Hanoi and this is the perfect hotel. There’s staff is so welcoming and accommodating from the moment you walk in to the moment you say farewell. Our premium king room was spacious and the AC was the BEST. after walking around in busy Hanoi and being so hot our hotel room was a very much needed haven. We’re on our anniversary trip and even though we checked in after midnight they had rose petals on the bed and a special dessert waiting for us which truly sets the bar! So special and thoughtful. The breakfast buffet was great and the made to order menu was a very nice added touch! Emma upstairs in the dining room was great each morning. The rooftop bar was perfect for sunset and an evening nightcap. The prices were fair, the views were too notch and again the staff were great. Harry and the other male bartender (can’t remember his name) were so gracious when we showed up pretty late one night and still let us grab one beer before turning in. This hotel is the perfect place for a central (but not too in the mix of the busy streets) relaxing and luxurious Hanoi stay."
