8/10 Good

"Good, comfortable stay, in a good location near anything you'd need. Only two minor gripes, one is that there's no stair exit down, the elevators are slim and get packed easily in the mornings, it gets very frustrating and all the stairwells are alarmed for fire use. Second is that the mini fridge, at least in my room would not stay on without the room key plugged in, which makes it essentially useless while you're out of the room. Good stay, would recommend."

"This is a nice hotel to stay at when you need to catch a flight. Easy walk, on the same floor, from the arrival area to the hotel. Although the lobby is big, congested and a bit confusing, it becomes quiet and pleasant once in the room. Room is clean and the bed is comfortable. There are many dining options on the bottom floor of the Haneda Airport Garden which is connected to the hotel. The buffet breakfast at the VF Grand hotel was very good with lots of selections."
