“It was a great location and the staff that worked at Midtown was very nice and helpful. However, if you can find a room in this same building, but from a different renter/owner, I would. Jay was not very responsive. At times wouldn't respond at all to my questions. The key to the building and elevator wouldn't work and so you always had to ask the front desk to get you to where you needed to go. I would say this unit sleeps 5 and not the 6 it states. The couch bed could fit two kids, but not two...

“We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was centrally located and super clean. I particularly liked having a washer and dryer after coming off a 6 day cruise. I would recommend this apartment.”

“Really comfortable living space big 65 inch TV. Bedding is very comfortable and cozy. Shower is out of this world. Kitchen is well equipped. Mini market on site and laundry very accessible Elevator sometimes takes a long time to come ”

“We stayed at this condominium for 4 nights, we really enjoyed our stay, the rooms are big, the kitchen has everything you need, the beach is at walking distance, the beds are comfortable, communication with the host was excellent, the area feels safe and you have shops and restaurants nearby, the pool was fun. We will be staying here again on our next trip to Sunny Isles. ”

“Overall the experience was ok. The communication was terrible. We needed a trash bin and some towels and did not receive any response. But the property has everything you need. Nice pool, nice restaurant, and gym, but the communication when something was needed was just terrible. ”

The location is conveniently close to Winn Dixie grocery store, and just a few miles from shopping centers. it had extra complementary personal items as well as cooking items. I was impressed by their commitment to going the extra mile with customer service. Also it was a very quiet area. ”
