“Upon the check in and the check out, 2 staff members stood out. I checked in on 7/18/26 at around 2 p.m. The clerk was friendly, professional, and helpful. He did everything to make us feel welcomed. When we came back to our room around 5:00 p.m. and clerk was on duty. She too was friendly, professional, and helpful. The whole city lost power and she kept us of informed of the repairs. This was a very reasonable priced clean hotel. I would definitely return.”

“Lady at counter was rude. Tv didn’t work spectrum service didn’t work at all. Lost power so had no way to charge phones. Pool was broken. Trash in our room we checked in. AC wouldn’t work and was 80 degrees in our room Would not recommend at all. The hotel is not willing to even give a partial refund when most things you pay for aren’t available to you.”

“The room was not clean. No coffee. The worst pillows I have ever slept on. They aren't even a standard pillow. More the size of a small throw pillow. Top sheet had a burn hole in it.”

“What a great hotel. Staff were so friendly, happy and kind. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Our room was comfortable, AC worked great. The breakfast was fantastic. Lots of choices and the food was delicious. Would 100% recommend this hotel. Location was great also.”

“The staff was kind and very helpful. The hotel was clean. It was worn and needs maintenance. The hot tubs do not work and the elevator is finicky. Our children had a blast though,so did we.”

“For the price it was great pool was closed and filled with dirt my room had the floorboards coming up and the shower rod was falling bed sheets had holes in them but besides that every thing was cleaned house keeping came by frequently to keep up with everything staff was super friendly and helpful I recommend staying if In a pinch or just want to save some money it is located around a lot of restaurants shops and things to do”
